Whereas the collision of different cultures can cause tensions and therefore we have to find a peaceful and tolerant way to live together in harmony and support the cross-culture exchange.

Whereas Loudenese is not the 1^st language for every person living in Loudenia and this has to be changed.

Whereas Loudenia already faces unemployment problems which widen the rich-poor gap, it cannot open its labor market without restriction of immigration.

Be it resolved that

1) Work Permits are given to either highly-qualified refugees. The work permission lasts for 2 years and has to be renewed.

2) The Committee on Application for Immigration is in charge for giving the loudenese citizenship. They will orientate on Application processes of other European countries. The maximum number of given citizenships is 500000 per year.

3) Student visas are still given.

4) Scholarships are provided to a extended number of students from the Middle East who don’t have the opportunity to do study in their country. They have to pass specified exams to receive these.

5) Per immigrated children entering in school there will be money given to the school to improve the conditions for the process of learning Loudenese.

6) The Loudenese government sponsors projects that are related or based on cultural exchange.

In the case of Turkey’s accession to the EU, our immigration problem would be mostly solved as most of Loudenese immigrants come from Turkey.

Arab-Israeli peace agreements

It is not in our interest to be in conflict with the Arab countries because we have to face inflation in oil prices.
We are in a difficult position because on the one hand we have allies with whom we are close diplomatically and economically but on the other hand Arab states have the monopoly on oil.

Therefore we must have a policy that is not too repressive on Arabs and we must try to open negotiations with other economic gap between the embassy building in these countries and a partnership including an agreement for a sale of oil in exchange for humanitarian aid or economic

As a result, we propose to oversee peace accords with the following stipulations.

Ø We recognize the responsibilities of two states in the Israeli Palestinian conflict.

Ø First, we will ask Israel to stop the continued colonization of Palestinian territories and grant the return of Palestinian refugees located in Jordan among others.

Ø We will then ask the Palestinians to stop firing rockets against the Jewish state.

Ø Then the second step will call upon Arab governments who refuse to recognize the state of Israel not advocate an anti-Jewish Appeal or racial hatred against Jews.

Ø In this respect we can therefore cooperate with Arab states in particular on economic and humanitarian assistance.

Ø If the conditions of the peace agreement are complied we give students the Middle East facilities academic exchanges, we will give their facilities with more visas.

Ø We will try to negotiate contracts – economic, environmental and humanitarian –and their impacts on the international scene.

Ø We will open diplomatic relations via negotiations with the countries who respect this peace agreement. One of the results of the negotiations will be to open embassies in the countries to ensure direct communication with our new found allies.

Whereas Loudenia is Afghanistan’s fourth largest bilateral donor, but is currently being criticized for its refusal to send its International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) troops into combat missions.

Whereas Loudenian cooperation in relation to Afghan development has focused upon building and strengthening governance structures and human resource capacity in addition to concentrating on four main areas including renewable energy, drinking water, sustainable economic development, and primary education.

Whereas Loudenia has also contributed to strengthening the rule of law, maintaining human rights, and improving the status of women and girls.

Whereas Loudenia has been Afghanistan’s key partner in police training and capacity-building, but its efforts have been criticized as ineffective.

Whereas 3,500 Loudenian troops have been deployed in Afghanistan, making it the third largest contributor of military personnel to the ISAF, and Loudenia has authorized an additional 1,000 troops to be deployed by this fall.

Whereas current Loudenian troops are equipped and trained for stability operations in Northern Afghanistan, but troops trained for combat missions are still stationed in Loudenia.

Be it resolved that…

1. Turkey will send 5,000 ISAF combat mission personnel in the name of Loudenia into Afghanistan; these troops will be deployed with the sole purpose of combat missions.

2. Loudenia has promised to support Turkey’s entrance into the European Union if these troops are sent.

The accession of Turkey into the European Union would open borders and boost the economy of Turkey. Loudenia’s current economic situation is deplorable because a significant section of its employed population is illegal immigrants who come from Turkey due to lack of market opportunities there. They come into the Loudenian territories and take low-income jobs, which eliminates opportunities for many Loudenians. Ultimately the boost of job growth potential in Turkey would relieve the stress of immigration influx of Turks into Loudenia; thus, it is in the best interest of both nations to take part in the provisions of this bill.

Mr. Carl from LFTP party asking if (Help M.E.) party want to make some treaties with some of the other parties regarding to problem with Iranian nuclear program.

The answer of the question was again, that we need as much as help. So if the treaties help us to put pressure on Iran, than yes we will make treaties with other parties.

5) Per immigrated children entering in school there will be money given to the school to improve the conditions for the process of learning Loudenese.
